01 General Provisions

af76 is an online gaming and betting platform providing services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to the af76 website, mobile version and all associated services.

02 Account Registration

To enjoy the full services on af76 you must register a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• The account is strictly personal — it may not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure.

03 Age Restrictions

af76 strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Only individuals aged 21 or above may register and participate on this platform.

• The person registering must be 21 years of age or older.
• Registering by providing a false age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• af76 may request proof of age at any time for verification purposes.
• If evidence of underage use is found, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on af76 are conducted entirely through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The balance will be credited to your account only after the deposit is successfully confirmed.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• af76 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

4.3 Transaction Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a technical error or any other reason, af76 reserves the right to make a correction. Please notify our support team via live chat or email as soon as you become aware of such an error.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

af76 offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers for its members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms attached.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x).
• After claiming the bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same account, device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• af76 reserves the right to modify, limit or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be subject to investigation.

5.3 VIP Cashback

af76 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on your overall activity and contribution on the platform. af76 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on af76 — including slots, live casino, cricket betting, Mines Gold and others — are governed by specific rules.

• Each game has its own applicable rules, which can be found in the game interface.
• If a game is irregularly interrupted due to a technical error, af76 will take action in accordance with the rules.
• In the event of any ambiguity in a game result, af76's decision shall be considered final.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting a software error are subject to cancellation.
• For sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded in accordance with the relevant policy.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on af76 and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Using betting strategies with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorised access.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform's software.
• Playing games using any automated bot or software.
• Participating in money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties (agenting).

08 Account Suspension and Closure

af76 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• If evidence of providing false information is found.
• If age verification reveals the user is underage.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Funds After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, funds obtained through fraud or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Legitimately earned funds will be returned subject to verification.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you may submit a request to our support team via live chat or email. It is recommended that all withdrawals be completed before closing the account.

09 Privacy and Data Protection
